SHORTCUT GHORMEH SABZI

My first attempt at Persian ghormeh sabzi. I cooked this on my live story and was so surprised at how much time is needed for this dish. This is by no means an authentic version at all but merely based on common ingredients you can find at your local store and if you’re in a time crunch! It’s not perfect but it was still super delicious - can’t wait to try this recipe again in the future.

MOROCCAN VEGETABLE TAGINE

Morocco, I miss you so much. I’ve been to many fabulous countries this year and you are certainly right up there! I knew I wanted to celebrate my 30th somewhere magical and this was it. Of course, the food did not disappoint which is why I had to hurriedly make this vegetable tagine as soon as I got home. This recipe is almost easy AF to make so…really, there’s no excuses not to make this, folks.
