I loved this noodle dish. I brought it to a potluck recently and it was devoured within minutes. It’s a plethora of flavours - salty, a little tangy, a touch sweet and a good amount of spice. My chilled cilantro jalapeno soba is super easy to make and the best way to pack in a little heat AND cool off at the same time. Yum!

Hiyashi chuka is the answer for when you are feeling like something light and refreshing but still need that carb-y goodness to fill you up.
