Need a new breakfast idea? Try Turkish menemen. This was one of my most favourite things to eat when I was in Istanbul. Love the addition of dried oregano and chili flakes on top. Makes for a great breakfast or brunch idea. Move over shakshuka, menemen is here to stay.
