BEEF CALDERETA

I’m still in disbelief that I made beef caldereta! My dad used to always make this dish for me as a kid it was definitely #1 for Filipino dishes. It’s rich, it’s savoury, it’s totally comforting…it’s my own version. So excited to share this with you all!
