I used to love making shortbread as a kid. So easy. Butter, sugar, flour - done! I mean, copious amounts of butter, can it really get any better than this? Well friends, it can. Queue in caramel. Queue in chocolate. AND Maltesers?! Yes…imagine it now. Or just make the damn thing! The recipe is so extremely easy that you’ll be indulging in this within a couple hours.
