I have to admit, writing this post made my stomach growl. It also made me miss these Asian flavours. I’m currently finishing this post as I’m nearly half way through my month-long Europe trip. Cannot wait to make this piping out bowl of vegetarian bun rieu as soon as I’m back home in Vancouver!
