Mexico City. An accidental layover turned into a spontaneous birthday trip for myself and my dad. What a vibrant city. An eclectic mix of modernity and and the old. Still authentic to a tee. Dirt cheap tacos and world class mezcal cocktails. Currently awaiting my next weekend trip to this wonderful city. Skip the beaches and go to CDMX instead.

A quaint little city nestled by the mouth of the Atlantic Ocean and the Douro River, producing the best port in the world. The food was out of this world. Wellington was the highlight of this trip to the Pacific Islands and I am glad I made the trek out there. Wellington, although small, is completely doable in a day or two. Its best enjoyed starting off the day at one of the many artisanal coffee shops, people watching by the bays and ending with a cocktail or two.
