Gotta love myself an instant udon noodle - they’re seriously underrated! This week, I give Nissin Demae Tomato Beef Udon. It’s a rather interesting flavour - think Campbell’s Condensed Tomato Soup or Lay’s Ketchup chips with a meaty and beefy undertone. Does that make any sense!?
