KIMCHI CARBONARA

Oh man, this was too good. My kimchi carbonara is a mix of a few simple ingredients with the addition of tangy kimchi. I used some leftover homemade kimchi which added a mild punch to the dish. This, paired with fresh pasta and quality ingredients made for. super rich lunch!
