BIANG BIANG NOODLES

Omg… I can’t believe I finally got around to making Biang Biang noodles! This is one of my favourite noodles of all time. It’s ultimately chewy, hand-pulled, and usually accompanied with some kind of delicious sauce or soup! It was surprisingly easy to make - just takes a bit of practice!
