BUN THIT NUONG CHA GIO CHAY

Who doesn't love this dish!? Bun thit nuong cha gio chay is a vegetarian version of those amazingly delicious vermicelli rice noodle bowls. Topped with spring rolls, pickled carrot and daikon, lettuce, and grilled pork, its not only easy to make, it’s super friendly and economical as well! I made a tofu version of it to be completely vegetarian but I didn't skimp out on the flavour! See for yourself!
