SHAN STICKY NOODLES/KHAUT SEW
One of my favourite Burmese dishes finally brought to life!
Burmese food is so good and it’s such a shame because I can hardly find it anywhere in the city. It’s a mix of Indian, Chinese, and Thai. There is so much influence in this cuisine, implementing spices and flavours from each of these neighbouring countries.
Shan sticky noodles/khaut sew originates from the province of Shan which shares a border with China. It’s addictingly delicious, incredibly easy to make and hard to resist having another bowl! Trust me, it’s that good.
