PORK AND PICKLED MUSTARD GREENS NOODLE SOUP

My take on the Chinese classic: pork and pickled mustard greens noodle soup. I’m not sure where in China this dish originated but I happened to have it in Shanghainese restaurants along with Xiao long bao. This dish comprises of wheat noodles, flavourful pork and tender pickled mustard greens. Surprisingly very easy to make!
