PANCIT PALABOK

Wow, I’m still in disbelief that I made pancit palabok from scratch! Pancit palabok is a Filipino dish consisting of cornstarch or rice stick noodles, a shrimp and pork gravy and a plethora of toppings. It’s unbelievably savoury and 100% pinky! It’s one of my favourite Filipino dishes of all time - time to make my own version of it!
