Ever heard of pizzoccheri? It’s buckwheat pasta dish originating in northern Italy, specifically in the Lombardy region. It’s heavy - alpine cheese, potatoes and cabbage. I tried my hand at making it and it turned out to be just as I had remembered. My recipe below!
