SINGAPORE MEI FUN

Today I’ll be making SINGAPORE MEI FUN. I don’t actually think there are any roots in Singaporean food at all but it is more of a Cantonese dish. It’s my mom’s favourite dish and it is a really interesting mix of Chinese flavours and ingredients with lots of curry spice. The smell is intoxicatingly good and it is such a breeze to make.
