ZA'ATAR CACIO E PEPE

Is anyone else a fan of Yotam Ottolenghi? I own two of his cookbooks and I love how resourceful he is with incorporating Middle Eastern ingredients into everyday cuisine. I made his za’atar cacio e pepe which is super simple and flavour. I didn’t know that cacio e pepe could get any better.
